Senior Sales Executive – Index Technology Solutions

We're seeking an experienced Sales Executive to help drive our go-to-market strategy as we launch our groundbreaking PANTA LAB and PANTA Engine solutions. The ideal candidate will have relationships within the financial services ecosystem, particularly with asset managers, ETF issuers, wealth managers and potentially index providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute sales strategies targeting asset & wealth managers, and index providers
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities across key target accounts
  • Articulate PANTA’s value proposition to C-level executives, business and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging and positioning
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product development
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Build relationships with industry partners and participate in ecosystem development
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in financial services technology
  • Demonstrated expertise selling to asset managers, ETF issuers, and financial services ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of index investing, ETF structures, and/or financial data ecosystems
  • Proven ability to navigate technical conversations about financial infrastructure
  • Track record of closing enterprise deals with 6-9+ month sales cycles
  • Experience building relationships across technical and business stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience at a financial data provider, Index provider or financial services ecosystem
  • Understanding of index calculation methodologies and operational challenges
  • Familiarity with financial data licensing models and practices
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS/PaaS sales models
  • Network of established relationships with potential target clients
  • Exposure to index technology infrastructure or financial market data systems
