32+ years of industry experienceÂ
Tobias is a recognised thought leader in index investing, benchmarks, and financial data and market infrastructure. He was previously CEO of Moorgate Benchmarks, which was successfully exited to Morningstar in 2021. Prior to Moorgate, he was CEO of Thomson Reuters Benchmark Services, and held senior roles at London Stock Exchange, IHS Markit, and Deutsche Börse.
25+ years of industry experience
Mark built iBoxx technology and operations, which was later acquired by Markit to drive one of the world’s largest global fixed income index families. At MD/COO level, he was running global index operations and technology. He went on to co-found Moorgate Benchmarks, which exited to Morningstar in 2021, and became Global Head of Operations at Morningstar Indexes and a member of the executive team.Â
10+ years of industry experience
Mark was a key player in developing Moorgate Benchmarks’ advanced index calculation technology. Prior to Moorgate, he was a Product Manager at Morningstar Index Services, where he helped to expand their product offering, as well as Product Lead for ETF data at IHS Markit, where he focused on building and optimising solutions for global clients.

Neal Pawar strengthens PANTA’s strategic position as it continues to develop its innovative index technology platform. His deep expertise in quantitative finance, technology infrastructure, and operational excellence will be invaluable as PANTA scales its next-generation index creation and management solutions.
Mr. Pawar currently serves as COO of Enfusion, a leading provider of cloud-based investment management software. His distinguished career includes roles as Partner and CTO at D.E. Shaw & Co. and AQR Capital, Group CIO at Deutsche Bank, and Global CIO of UBS Wealth Management. Most recently, he served as COO and interim CEO of Qontigo, overseeing the integration of Axioma with the DAX/STOXX index business.Â

Jesper Wahrendorf’s appointment strengthens PANTA’s strategic position as it continues to develop its innovative index technology platform. His deep expertise in setting up and scaling companies in the Fintech space will be invaluable for PANTA when launching its next-generation index creation and management solutions.
Jesper brings 20 years of experience in Fintech, E-Commerce and Strategy Consulting. As CEO he has successfully restructured, scaled and finally exited Ratepay – a BNPL champion – to Private Equity. Thereafter, in the midst of the pandemic, he has set-up and launched Vanguard’s D2C business in Germany. He holds various board memberships and is invested in several start-up companies.
