PANTA integrates MSCI data for equities

PANTA recently announced that MSCI Inc. equity data is now available within the PANTA platform, enabling portfolio design, back-testing and operational workflows for licensed MSCI clients.

This reflects PANTA’s commitment to providing asset and wealth managers with the data and tools to support better portfolio design and creation.

Native access to MSCI equities data

For financial institutions, the quality of the underlying data is the foundation on which their investment decisions rest. Through this integration, clients can now access MSCI’s equities data natively within their existing PANTA workflows.

That means no separate feed to manage and no manual reconciliation — index levels, returns, market caps, valuation ratios, security-level data, corporate actions and more flow straight into the platform.

Why the MSCI integration matters

The MSCI integration helps investment teams move faster from idea to testable strategy. Users can design and back-test strategies against MSCI’s global and US equity universes inside PANTA Lab, while the platform handles data ingestion, normalisation and corporate actions processing  helping streamline workflows, reduce operational risk and scale model portfolio offerings.

MSCI equity data offers broad coverage across developed and emerging markets. This latest integration supports PANTA’s mission to give asset and wealth managers the technology to design and test investment strategies with speed and precision. Tobias Sproehnle, CEO and Co-Founder of PANTA.
